RETURN / EXCHANGE
At Turbohoof Solutions, you can shop with complete confidence, as you enjoy the “Money Back Guarantee” (Not satisfied?).
From the moment your order is delivered to your home, you have 14 days to inspect it. Within this period, you may examine the item, unless stated otherwise. After the inspection period expires, the purchase agreement becomes binding. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed!
If you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it within the inspection period in its original packaging.
You must register your return by email via (info@turbohoof-solutions.nl); additionally, you must state the reason for the return.
We cannot process returns without a received email.
We will credit the applicable value within 14 working days of receipt. Any balance in your favor will be transferred to your account.

Furthermore, every returned package must be sufficiently stamped. If a package is received with insufficient postage, Turbohoof Solutions will charge you €10 for this.
Conditions
1 Goods being returned must be delivered undamaged and complete.
2 You must return the products in suitable outer packaging and not affix any stickers and/or tape to the original packaging. Writing on the original packaging is not permitted.
3 If you wish to claim a full refund, you must return the products in their original packaging. The following points result in a reduction in value:
o damaged products or packaging
o tape and/or stickers on the original packaging
o writing on the original packaging
o torn and/or missing foil
o dirty products or packaging
Goods are shipped at your own risk. We therefore advise sending the return shipment with a track & trace code.
